Your personal data contained in the user account is processed for the duration of the account operation, i.e. for the duration of the account maintenance agreement referred to above. At any time, you can decide to delete your account, which will also result in the removal of your personal data from the database. Remember, however, that deleting an account does not result in deleting data regarding placed orders.

Placing an order: When placing an order, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, these data will be automatically substituted into the order form, but you always have the option of modifying them.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the sales contract that you conclude on the basis of the regulations.

The data provided in the order form will be saved in the database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details are also recorded, such as the date of placing the order, the subject and value of the order, the selected method of delivery and payment.

Returns and complaints : If you withdraw from a distance contract or submit a complaint regarding purchased products, you provide us with your data contained in the contract withdrawal form or complaint form, and we process this data in order to carry out the contract withdrawal or complaint procedure.

The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfillment of our legal obligations related to the withdrawal procedure or the complaint procedure.

Withdrawal forms and complaint forms are archived by us. The fact of withdrawing from the contract or submitting a complaint is also recorded in the shop system.
